Contract for the Provision of Services for ISSSTE in the terms of the APP Act, consisting of:
Designing a new ISSSTE General Hospital in the Southern Regional Delegation of ISSSTE CDMX (Tláhuac)
Building the Hospital in compliance with agreed times and quality
Equipping the Hospital attending the specifications and characteristics requested by ISSSTE; besides being responsible for its equipment maintenance and replacement
Provision of complementary services, meeting the specifications, scope and requirements of ISSSTE. Medical care is provided by ISSSTE
Duration of the PPP contract: Nov 06, 2017 to March 05, 2043
Developer: special purpose company "Consorcio Operador de Hospitales Regionales del Sur S.A. de C.V." constituted by Alencastre and Sacyr
Funds are obtained after the conclusion of each segment:
Monthly payment for the initial rehabilitation of each segment (PUMr)
Monthly payment for compliance with Performance Standards (PUMm)
Location: States of Mexico and Hidalgo, with a total length road of 183km (both directions).
Duration of the PPP contract: Aug 11, 2017 to Jul 31, 2027
Developer: special purpose company "Autovía Pirámides Tulancingo Pachuca S.A. de C.V." with the purpose of executing the Project (constituted by Quarzo and Sacyr)
